‘Hope Squad’ Continues To Spread Across the Nation 20 Years After Pilot Program

July 2025 marked the 21st anniversary since the first Hope Squad's peer-to-peer suicide prevention programming was piloted at Timpview High School in Provo, Utah. The program states that it has been implemented at over 2,000 elementary and secondary schools across the country.
